Booking isn’t a strict requirement, but letting me know beforehand if you plan to attend is always appreciated. If you become a regular, this is no longer needed.

This is completely understandable and is why these groups, above all else, are designed to be welcoming for everyone.
There is a zero tolerance approach to shaming, or spiciness of any kind.

Nothing, ever. You can attend for years and never pay a thing. There’s no obligation to take up a paid service or even know my name.

All sessions start at 6am on Wednesday mornings and we start just in front of the rowing club on Riveside Drive. We meet on the South Bank direction side of the rowing club.

If it’s your first session, you must let me know beforehand (a few days notice) that you plan on attending.
Three easy steps to attend your first free session
1. Let me know you'd like to attendThere’s a form at the bottom of this page. Please also detail if you’d like to bring a friend or two along.
If there’s anything else I should be aware of, please say as soon as possible, this can include things like you’d prefer to meet me beforehand if your shy.
2. Check the scheduleFind out when works best for you and which session you’d like to attend. Please take careful consideration of your current fitness when picking a session.

3. Be preparedAll free sessions are generally low intensity and I encourage plenty of rest and water.
Even with all that, the biggest responsibility is still on you to make sure you’re fit and able to do what you plan to do. All attendees must sign a waiver before starting.
